      Screen Recording 3

      Actual Results

Although the label and id are correctly associated with the "Please comment with any additional information" text area present in the "Escalate", "Request this issue" and "Cancel request" modal dialogs available after activating the "Escalate", "Request this issue" and "Cancel request" buttons in the main content area, the visual labels are not announced for the screen reader users.

Instead, the placeholder text is announced for the mentioned text area.

As a result, screen reader users find it difficult to understand the purpose of the text area.

      Expected Results

The visual labels should be correctly announced for the mentioned text area in the modal dialogs.

Modify the scripts to ensure that the visual labels are correctly announced by the screen reader.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
