      Actual Results

The “powered by jira service management“ link present in the main content area of the Help Center Home page at the bottom on activation display information in a new window. The users are not informed about links opening a new window in advance.

This might cause difficulties for mobility impaired, and screen reader users.

      Expected Results

Users should be made aware of the functionality of the element in advance.

Inform users in advance about links opening in a new window. This can be done by providing a visual text within <a> element as "Opens in a new window" beside the link text.
