      Issue Summary

      An "alt" attribute is not defined programmatically for the informative images.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the Projects dropdown.
      2. Select "Sample JSM" option.
      3. Now activate "Raise a request" link from the side navigation.
      4. Select "Sample JSM" link from portal page.
      5. Select "Report a server for fix" link.
      6. Observe that "Help Center - report server for fix" page has been appeared on the screen.
      7. Activate the "Browse affected server" button.
      8. Observe that modal dialog has appeared on the screen.
      9. Activate "Show graph> Configure" buttons.
      10. Inspect the code of image and verify that alt attribute is not provided.

      Actual Results

      The "alt" attribute is not provided for the "Email service", "Fred Astair", and so on informative images.
      As a result, screen readers announced the image as unlabelled.

      Expected Results

      Provide empty alt attribute to the <image> elements of above mentioned instances as the visual text is provided.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
