Summary

Jira Service Management 10.0 introduced the Change Calendar functionality, which allows agents to create Change Request and Change Window directly from a calendar.

This functionality has some limitation. For example, for the "Change Window" feature, it is possible to schedule a change window every X weeks or X months. However, it is not possible to schedule it for example on the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th Tuesday of every month.

When selecting a custom scheduling, only the options below are available as illustrated below:

Add more customization fo the Change Window scheduling, so that it can be scheduled on the same day of each month, for example:

• 1st Friday of the Month
• 2nd Tuesday of the Month
• etc...
