Global Forms or Multi Project Form

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Forms are only project specific. It is possibile to copy from one project to another. But if there are changes in such forms, they need to be applied to all the other forms. 

      Suggestion: Forms are organized like Automations rules. Forms can be attached to a Single Project, Multiple Projects or Global.

            This would help us tremendously.  We have roughly 30 projects that all use the exact same set of forms.  Making a simple change means having to push the form to each of those projects every time.  And if you change multiple forms at a time, each one has to be pushed to the projects separately.  It's very tedious and easy to miss something.

             

            Edited to add:  We use these forms, in part, for audit compliance.
