Issue Summary

An Assets Custom field cannot reference a hidden field in the Customer Portal. When a field is hidden in the Customer Portal, any references to an Assets Custom field will not function.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a JSM project
2. Create Select List (single choice) custom field and add a single value. Let's call it "TypeSelect"
   • Add a value, for example: LOC
3. Create an Assets Object Schema and an Object Type
4. Add a TEXT attribute called "type" for instance
   • Create an Object and add an object and add 'LOC' to the type text attribute we just created
5. Add an Assets Custom field with the following Filter Issue Scope (AQL). Let's call it "Assets CF"
   type in (${customfield_10107.name}) where customfield_10107 is the Select List (single choice) custom field
6. Go to the project settings and edit the Request Type 'Get IT Help'
7. Add the fields 'TypeSelect' and 'Assets CF' to the request type
8. When a customer selects the 'Select List (single choice)' custom field, the object is displayed on the Assets CF
9. Hide the field 'TypeSelect' and set a preset value to hide this field - "LOC"

Expected Results

Assets CF should displayed the Assets Objects

Actual Results

Assets CF does not bring any objects

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
