A feature was introduced on 6/2024 to allow JSM Cloud agents to limit viewing of an internal comment to specific project role or group. This is great but difficult to use in practice if too many roles or groups are associated with the project. 

To ease this burden, being able to set a default internal comment privacy choice, other than 'Visible to all users" at the project level would allow a support team to work more efficiently.
