Problem Definition
If a user has JSM application access and Service Desk Team role on a Project the user can not create a request on the Login Free Portal, the following error is displayed:

Even though all fields were filled.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup a Project with Login Free Portal
- Create a user, give this user JSM application access
- On Project Settings > Users and Roles - make sure the user has Service Desk Team role
- Access the Project Portal without logging in
- Try to create a new request - it fails with above error
Same issue is reproducible if the user is trying to use the login free portal for a project, where the user does not have the agent role.
Suggested Solution
The admin to be able to toggle this security feature on their system, to be able to create a request using the Agent e-mail address.
Workaround
- Use a different e-mail, that does not belong to an Agent.
- Ask for the agent to login to the portal to create a request.
