Issue Summary

If users' display name contains an ampersand sign (&) then on Assets UI under user type attribute is represented with HTML entity

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an object with name & . ex: Client & Hardware
2. Map the object Type to a Jira project.
3. Populate the object in a CF while creating the issue.
4. Create a Jira issue while selecting the object named "Client & Hardware".  Refer screenshots
5. Try to edit the issue and you will see the value in Asset CF as "Client & Hardware"

Expected Results

The Asset CF should show correct name as "Client & Hardware"

Actual Results

the value in Asset CF is shown as "Client & Hardware"

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
