Issue Summary

If users' display name contains an ampersand sign (&) then on Assets UI under user type attribute is represented with HTML entity

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Atlassian Account with display name which contains ampersand sign (&). For example, I created an account A&A@example.test.com which made the display name as A&A 
2. Create a object with user type attribute
3. Add the user created in step#1 in the user attribute

Note: Also tested with other special characters like:
– Plus sign +
– Hyphen -
– Underscore _
– Tilde ~
for these characters it shows correct display name

Expected Results

Users display should be A&A in the Assets view

Actual Results

We see user display name as

A&A

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
