Issue Summary

If you have a large block of Help/Instructions on a request form, it causes the request form to load scrolled down the page at the location of the field field.

This can be confusing and cause the help/instructions to be missed as the form has scrolled past them.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSM project
      2. Create/Edit a request type and add a large block of text in the Help and Instructions
        • 5 Paragraphs of Lorem Ipsum allowed recreation
      3. Go to the Customer portal to create a request
      4. See page loads at first text field, rather than top of request

      Expected Results

Request form would load at the top of the page. With the help and instructions.

      Actual Results

Request form loads further down the page, at the location of the first text field.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
