SLA doesn't change when Agent and Customer are the same person

      Steps to reproduce

      Create a SLA:

      Start: Issue Created
      Stop: Comment: For Customers

      Create a request with the Agent using the user interface. Comment on it using the User interface and check the SLA. Comment through the tickets "Respond to Customer" and check the SLA. The transition between "Waiting for Customer" and "Waiting for Support" will happen, but the SLA won't change.
