Issue Summary
When accessing the satisfaction survey page from the customer portal email, the "Log in" button in the upper right corner of the page causes a reload, even if the user is already logged in.
Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1: Open the satisfaction survey email and click the provided link to access the corresponding web page.
- Step 2: If the user is already logged in, click the "Log in" button in the upper right corner of the web page.
Expected Results
The "Log in" button should not be displayed.
Actual Results
The page reloads when the "Log in" button is clicked, even though the user is already logged in.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
