Many users are using JSM view to place their requests and issues at LSY. If e.g. planned downtimes or anything else have to be announced the current way of informing the users is only to place an “Announcement hint” on the main portal page. But if a user is using a direct link to an issue e.g. out of a notification email, he will not see this message.

That is why we would like to use something similar solution.
