      As a system administrator, I want to be able to export the SLA configuration for a project, either via the web interface or, preferably, via a REST API call.

      I have dozens of ServiceDesk projects in a Jira instance and I need to audit periodically the SLA configuration in order to detect deviations from our policies.

      A JSON or other structured representation of the SLAs configured in a project would be great. At minimum it should contain:

      • The SLA names
      • The events that start, pause and finish them
      • Their list of goals, containing the JQL, the goal and the calendar
      • The calendar names and configurations
