The 'Return to Queue' link disappears after transition of an issue

      Issue Summary

This issue can be replicated in Jira 5.17.x but not in Jira 5.12 or 5.4 LTS nor in Jira 10.0. Basically the issue is that the link along the right side of an issue (when viewed from queues in a JSM project) can disappear after the issue is transitioned. Refreshing the page will cause the link to return. This happens intermittently.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a sample project with data for JSM.
      2. Once the project is created navigate to Queues and open one of the issues in a queue.
      3. Transition that issue to different statuses (it may take a few transitions, in my testing I moved an issue between Pending, In Progress and Escalated until the issue happened).
      4. Eventually the "Return to Queue" link along the upper right side will disappear. Once that happens, refresh the page and notice the link comes back (without making any other changes to the issue).

      Expected Results

The "Return to Queue" link should not disappear.

      Actual Results

The "Return to Queue" link disappears.

      Workaround

Refreshing the issue or navigating to another queue and then back to the issue resolves the issues and returns the link to the page.
