The input mode of Customer Portal comment field

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      In JSM Customer Portal screen, the input mode of the comment field is fixed as "Text mode". So, when a customer enters carriage returns multiple times intentionally, they are consolidated when the comment is displayed.
      It would be nice if we can change the input mode (text and visual) of the comment field in Customer Portal.
