Based on my research Jira Service Management doesn't allow for sections within a single queue.
What is my goal - I activated the "Customer and organization profiles" feature in my project. I added custom fields and one of them is "Support Level". It would be amazing to have an option to add sections inside my queues based on this field - organizations-Support Level.
So far it seems it's only possible to check: organizations not in organizationDetail("Support level", "Platinum").
Another option that might be a workaround is grouping by this field inside queue when setting it.
