Issue Summary
Using the URL to automatically populate a multi-select field with a single option functions correctly. However, attempting to populate this field with two options, as outlined in the document below, does not yield the desired outcome.
Set up URLs with auto-populated request fields

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a multi-select customer field with three values.
- Create a URL to generate an issue with pre-filled multiple select values.
- When we try to auto-populate this field with two options, it does not work.


Expected Results
both options are auto-opulated in the form.
Actual Results
Only one Option is set in the form.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
