Issue:

When the table "AO_54307E_CAPABILITY"  has duplicate "CAPABILITY_NAMES" for a service project, administrators are not able to update the customer permissions within the GUI

Idea:

Please add a constraint on the table "AO_54307E_CAPABILITY" to prevent duplicate entries for a given service_desk_id

Additional Notes:

Should you find your system in this state, you will see a error appear on the customer permissions page within the service project which states "No Unique Capability has been found"
