Make possible translate SLA name or ability to edit them

      Currently, once SLA is created for the JSM project, Jira will also create "SLA CustomField Type" custom fields with the same name as was provided for SLA. JSM will also lock the created "SLA CustomField Type" to prevent Jira administrators from accidentally modifying it.

      Although it is still technically possible (Unlock a locked Jira Software custom field), it is still not recommended to unlock such fields as it might break some functionality (for example, adding translation of such fields will impact the functionality of SLA reports).

      It would be beneficial to allow the translation of such fields to be supported out of the box to improve the internationalization of JSM projects for customers with multinational/multilingual users.
