Issue Summary
On “Select Affected Business Service” dialog, the "billing Service" is not defined as heading.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the “Help Centre | ITSM” page.
- Navigate to "Search" button near to "Affected Business Service" field and select it.
- A "Select Affected Business Service" modal dialog will appear over the screen
- Navigate to "Show" graph" button and select it.
- Navigate to "Info" button and select it.
- Inspect the codes for the mentioned texts.
- Observe that the texts are not marked up using HTML headings.

Actual Results
The texts such as “Billing Service” are visually appeared to be the headings in the main content area. These texts are not marked up using HTML headings.
This resulted in screen reader users finding it difficult to understand the page content structure.
Expected Results
Screen reader should identify the text as a heading for their users.
Mark up the mentioned texts using appropriate HTML headings. In addition, use heading levels as per specification such as <h1> should be followed by <h2>, <h3>, and so on.

Workaround
