Issue Summary
The role link is defined for the element which has button functionality.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Get IT Help" page.
- Using screen reader navigate to the profile interactive element.
- Verify that it is announcing as a link.

Actual Results
Role link defined to the "Profile" element present in the header section. However, this element has a button functionality. As a result, due to incorrect role screen reader users might get mislead.
Expected Results
Provide role "button" to the mentioned element. Also provide tabindex="0" so that button will receive the focus. Modify the scripts and ensure that button is working appropriately.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
