Issue Summary

The role link is defined for the element which has button functionality.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Get IT Help" page.
2. Using screen reader navigate to the profile interactive element.
3. Verify that it is announcing as a link.

Actual Results

Role link defined to the "Profile" element present in the header section. However, this element has a button functionality. As a result, due to incorrect role screen reader users might get mislead.

Expected Results

Provide role "button" to the mentioned element. Also provide tabindex="0" so that button will receive the focus. Modify the scripts and ensure that button is working appropriately.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
