Issue Summary

      The options present in the "profile dropdown" are not properly announced by the screen reader on the "Help center" page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any JSM page
      2.  Create any "ITSM" project 
      3. Navigate to "Raise a request" button in the side navigation and activate it
      4. Observe the "Help center" page opens
      5. Navigate to the "Profile" button and activate it
      6. Navigate to the profile dropdown options using screen reader
      7. Observe the screen reader announcement

      Actual Result

      When users navigate to the Profile dropdown in the header section the options are not announced by the screen reader properly. This may create confusion for the screen reader users

      Expected Result

      Ensure that the Dropdown options should announced by the screen reader. In this scenario when the screen reader users navigate to the dropdown options the label of the each option should be announced. As well code the dropdown options adjacent to the dropdown profile menu.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
