Currently, if we add the Request Participant field in the Request Type, customers are unable to add non-customers emails as Request Participants while having the general configuration to Allow anyone to sign up under Raising Request, and customer permission to Anyone can raise a request on the customer portal or by email.
However, it is possible to share the request with non-customer emails using the Share Request button after the request creation.
As a JSM admin and customer experience with the Request Participants field added, we would like to have the behavior consistent in the Create Request and Share Request buttons, having the ability to share the request with non-customer emails.
