Fields stay in red from customer portal

    • This issue was reported by a customer and tested to verify same.

      When creating a request from the JSM Customer portal that has required fields, if the required fields are not filled initially and one hits create, all fields appear in red but it is expected that if some fields are already filled then those fields should not be in red which is not the case.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create Request form with at least 2 fields
      2. Add a required field
      3. Add a second field, which uses a specific format (for example. Date field)
      4. Go to the Customer Portal and select the Create form
      5. Don't fill any field and press Create
        -> The fields will show an error message and the fields' border will be highlighted in red (see screenshot FirstCreate.png)
      6. Fill the optional field with data in the correct format
      7. Press Create

      Expected result: Only the required (unfilled) field will be highlighted in red

      Actual Result: All Fields that were highlighted red, after pressing Create the first time, will continue to be red, despite correct data input
