Cannot edit an issue in the Agent view with "No match" customer request type

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSM sample project
      2. Create an issue of type Task
      3. Once created, edit the issue
      4. Update the components and click Update

      Expected Results

      The component should be updated

      Actual Results

      The update fails with "Invalid customer request value"

      Workaround

      Delete the Customer request type entirely and the update will work
