Issue Summary
When changing the approver or assignee on a ticket without a reporter this will lead to the error message
SdSerialisedOffThreadProcessor:thread-3 ERROR user [internal.sla.data.SlaDataManagerImpl] Error setting the last processed mark for issue SR-5
This happens for projects without any SLA.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up a JSM project without any SLA
- create issue and leave the reporter field empty
- change the assignee or (if available) assignee
- check the atlassian-jira.log or the atlassian-servicedesk.log file
Expected Results
No error messages recorded
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown in the atlassian-jira.log and the atlassian-servicedesk.log file:

Edit the ticket to have any reporter
