Feature Request
In the event that Jira is reindexed without JSM plugins enabled, the index will be constructed without any JSM content.
This results in behaviour that doesn't immediately suggest there is an indexing problem:
- Queues may display as expected
- "Customers" page will show organisations with incorrect Open/Closed counts
- Existing tickets do not show in the customer portal
Suggested solution
Add a health check to ATST that fails when most JSM custom field data is missing.
This will alert the admin that there is an index related issue that requires intervention to correct
