Manage versions should have separate permission levels

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently Project admin has the permission to manage versions. However for customer's use case, it would be helpful to have seperate permission for managing versions. 

      It would be useful to have a separate authorization for version management.
