Allow webhooks to listen on SLA events in JSM

      Currently, there are no webhooks to listen on JSM events such as updates: https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/jira-service-desk-webhooks/

      It would be great to implement a way to listen on SLA updates. There are workarounds to the issue such as creating multiple legacy JSM automation rules to capture SLA data but this isn't scalable as it requires multiple rules to configure and maintain.

      Automation for Jira also listens on Jira specific events versus JSM so an A4J rule would not be applicable in this scenario.
