Issue Summary

If Key and Name are the same numerical value, a unique error will occur unintentionally.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Two Object Types (Example: Device Numbers, Virtual Servers)
2. Add Machine Number as an attribute to Virtual Servers with a unique setting and Type Value is Device Numbers.
   
3. Register Device Numbers as shown below. At that time, make sure that the Key number and Name are shifted by 1.
   
4. Create an object in Virtual Servers and set Device Numbers as shown below.
   
5. Edit the object and set the Machine Number to 6.

The following error is displayed

The attribute 'Machine Number' has to be unique
