    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

If the "public.access.disabled" dark feature is enabled on the instance, the Login-Free portal, implemented as part of JSDSERVER-5227, will not work and the users will still be redirected to a login page.

The system should warn the users that the setting won't work as expected in those scenarios so the user is aware of why it isn't working.

[JSDSERVER-15097] Login-free will not work if the public.access.disabled flag is present
