Switching Queues while editing doesn't disable the preview

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In JSM, edit any queue. Notice that the preview shown is disabled (you cannot interact with it).
      2. Without saving or canceling the changes, switch to another queue and try to edit it.

      Expected Results

      The second queue edited should also have the preview disabled.

      Actual Results

      The second queue edited doesn't have the preview disabled, and indeed it allows the users to interact with the preview table and take actions. This can have unintended results.

      Workaround

      Always save/cancel before switching to a different queue.
