Hello!
In our company, we have a policy of accounts in which each employee has 2 accounts. the first one is for them as a normal user and the other one is for them as an administrator/Operator.
Even though the two accounts are different, they share the same email address as it is the same user, just not the same usage.
We currently have a difficult time trying to get both of the accounts on the same Jira instance since the same user needs to be Operator on one project and client on another project. Jira seems to be using the email address as the account id to differentiate between two accounts.
Is it possible to differentiate two user with the username, a new field "user id" or any another way that doesn't use the email address?
Kind Regards,
