As an admin I want to be able to add holidays which recur on different days in a SLA Calendar

      Problem Definition

      SLA Calendar recurring holidays only support days for the same date such as 1st of January but do not cater for holidays such as 1st Tuesday of November

      Suggested Solution

      Allow holidays to be selected based on days of week or month as most calendar tools currently do.

      Workaround

      Only current workaround is to manually calculate the date for such recurring holidays and enter each individually, a very manual intensive process.
