Description
Allow users who are part of both the Service desk team and the Service desk Customer to be mentioned by other users irrespective of whether they match the
Customer Permissions >Who can customers share requests with.
This will help to reduce the effort to search for the user in the organizations when the user is part of both the Service Desk Team and Service desk Customers.The user will not be available in the list of customers as he is a Service desk team member as well.
