      after each jira restart jira add +1 Customer Request Type filed.
      at present moment i have 6 fileds with same name and same type.

      i have only 4 service desk enabled projects

            I'm resolving this as a duplicate of JSD-268. Although this issue was created earlier, JSD-268 has more watchers and details on it.
