Issue Creation doesn't Notify the User specified in the User picker field

      Steps to reproduce:
      • Create a User picker field
      • On Issue Create event (Notification Scheme for SD), add the User Custom Field Value and choose the user picker field
      • Add this field in the Customer Portal
      • Create the SD request and fill in the user picker field with a SD customer
      Expected Result:
      • SD customer specified in the user picker field should receive a notification when the issue gets created
      Actual Result:
      • No notification has been received by the SD customer while reporter was able to get it.

      Additional Information:

      • Other notifications are working fine and received by the SD customer (user picker field)
