Issue Summary
The content associated with "Style", "More formatting options", "Icons", etc. is read incorrectly by screen reader.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "View issue in queue view & comments - Editor" page.
- Navigate to the main content.
- Navigate to the "Comment" input field.
- The "Toolbar" is appears.
- Using screen reader, navigate to the "Style", "More formatting options", "Icons", etc. buttons and activate any of these.
- Try to read the content using arrow keys.
- Observe that the content read out together by screen reader.

Actual Results
The content associated with "Style", "More formatting options", "Icons", etc. buttons is read out incorrectly by screen reader.
As a result, screen reader users find it difficult to access the updated content.
Expected Results
The content should read in a correct way. Remove the "id" attribute from the <div> element containing the content associated with "Style", "More formatting options", "Icons", etc. buttons.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
