Issue Summary
Inappropriate heading level defined for the text such as "Activities", "Dates", etc in the main content area.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open In-ITSM" page.
- Inspect the heading structure of the page.
- Observe that the mentioned text are marked up with h4 which is inappropriate.

Actual Results
The heading structure was found to be inappropriate for the text such as "Activities", "dates" and "details" headings are marked as <h4> which does not match the visual hierarchy on the page.
As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page's content structure.
Expected Results
Use heading levels as per specification such as <h1> should be followed by <h2>, <h3> and so on. it is recommended that the discussed issue be addressed as screen reader users rely on headings heavily to understand the page structure. Mark the mentioned text as h2.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
