Issue Summary

The idle interval configured in the Automation action does not have any effect

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure an Assets automation rule to be triggered when an object is updated and the action with attribute value. Configure it in a way which is easy for verification.
2. In the action, add the idle interval with 1 minute or more. The format is "1m".
3. Trigger this rule and its action to happen. You can perform a bulk edit to update multiple objects or edit a few objects within a short time and observe the action.

Expected Results

Only 1 object should have the automation action taken every 1 minute

Actual Results

All objects which fulfilled the automation rule triggered have the automation action applied almost at the same time. The idle interval wasn't effective in waiting for 1 minute after each action

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
