As an Admin I would like to completely disable the "Insight is now Assets" pop-up

      Issue Summary

      After upgrading to JSM 5.3 and above, all users will see a pop-up like this: 

       

      As an admin, I would like to disable or dismiss the pop-up for all users, even those who haven't seen it yet.

       

      Workaround

      It's possible to disable the pop-up entirely for all users by enabling a feature flag.

      1. Open the feature flags page in Jira.
      2. Add this flag: never.display.assets.rebrand.onboarding.enabled
      3. Save change.
