Problem
The customer is facing a problem with the approval button in the mail notifications. The approval buttons look like links in the notifications, this is working correctly in JSM 5.4.7.
Environment
JSM 5.4.8
Steps to Reproduce
- In Jira create an ITSM project with sample data.
- Go to the project portal and order a New mobile device and set an approver
- Submit the request
- Wait for the approval mail
Expected Results
The mail displays approval buttons
Actual Results
The approval mail displays the approval buttons as links.

Notes
This works correctly in both JSM 5.4.7 and JSM 5.4.8 when sending a test mail through:
- project settings > Customer Notifications> Approval Required>Send me a test email
