      Issue Summary

After updating Jira Service Management to version 5.9.1, it has been observed that users are unable to click on the request numbers (/projects/KEY/customers) to view open or closed requests per customer.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira Service Management project.
      2. Navigate to <JIRA_BASEURL>/projects/KEY/customers
      3. There is no hyperlink to click on the request numbers (/projects/KEY/customers) to view open or closed requests per customer.

      Expected Results

Hyperlinks should be available and users should be able to access.

      Actual Results

Links are now greyed and not clickable anymore.

      Workaround

A workaround for this bug is to remove the feature flag "sd.share.request.with.group.enabled"

Follow this link for instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-manage-dark-features-in-jira-959286331.html

      Notes:

      • Starting from JSM 5.9.0 and above, we have new feature Share requests with groups
      • Disabling the flag sd.share.request.with.group.enabled turns off the Share requests with groups feature
