      Problem Definition

      At the moment, there is no documentation available that explains which permissions are required to Recalculate all SLAs feature on an issue. There is Setting up SLAs document which refers to this feature however doesn't explain which permissions are required.
      This can be very confusing for customers when they try to find out how can users use this feature.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great to have the option to have Setting up SLAs document updated and under Recalculate your SLAs for a single issue section we have to define which permissions are needed.

      Testing Results:-

      During testing, I found that the following permissions are required for this feature to be available on an issue for a user.

      • Global Jira administrator
      • ServiceDesk Agent permission under project
