Repeated error in agent logs: [Error] Could not load settings, settings are reset to default.

      Issue Summary

      The Jira Asset Discovery Agent v3.1.10 has been configured for an SFTP export, but the agent logs are currently displaying a recurring error message: "[Error] Could not load settings, settings are reset to default." Despite this issue, I have thoroughly reviewed the logs and confirmed that the file is being transferred correctly to the SFTP server. The final entry for each scan indicates that the file was successfully sent to the server before it was deleted locally. The bug intends to investigate why this error message is appearing in agent logs even though everything appears to be functioning properly.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Set up Discovery Agent and add SFTP transfer configuration.

      Expected Results

      If Agent transfers the result data as an.xml file to the chosen target path, no error warning should be displayed.

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the discovery_agent.log file:
