In the main portal page you are automatically adding the text "Welcome to the" in front of whatever the support portal is named in the new SD configuration setup for 2.2.
Unfortunately, depending on what people have named their support system previously this can lead to grammatical issues.
i.e. our service request system has always been called ServicePoint. Now seeing "Welcome to the ServicePoint" doesn't sound correct.
Can you stop adding the "Welcome to the" text or make the entire header text configurable please.

It may help on the problem you describe. I'm open to implement features you need, e.g. like i18n macro constants!
