Jira ticket number in E-mails route users to 'Agent' view/location

      When a user clicks on a ticket number in a Jira created confirmation e-mail and is trying to see their own ticket (when a change is made to their ticket's info) the user is directed to the "Agent" location for viewing the ticket.

      The user's should be brought to the "My Requests" location where they can see tickets in their own name. They should not be directed to the Agent location which would require different permissions.
